Seasonal cooking · Open fire · Good company
Auden Keel is a neighbourhood restaurant for slow evenings, bright produce and plates made to be passed around.
The point of view
Our kitchen follows the seasons, then gives them a little more time over flame. The room is warm, the cooking is curious, and the welcome is deliberately uncomplicated.
Our plates change with what is best now, not what was planned months ago.
Smoke, char and a little patience bring depth to simple ingredients.
Come for a full evening or just something good at the bar. Both are valid.
A taste of the kitchen
A small glimpse of the way we cook. The selection follows the market and changes often.
Almond cream, preserved lemon and crisp rye.
Brown butter, smoked yoghurt and herbs picked that morning.
Spiced oat crumble and a spoonful of salted caramel.
Make an evening of it
Drop in for an unhurried dinner, a plate after work or a long catch-up that needs no particular reason. We keep the room relaxed and the kitchen moving with the day.
See you around the table
Find your way to Auden Keel when the evening calls for something warm, generous and a little unexpected.
